2. TOPIC

 

This contract has been concluded between the Buyer and the Seller regarding distance sales made through Antalya YK Transfer company operated by the Seller.

 

3. PRODUCT/SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

 

The Seller agrees to sell the product/service specified below to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to use this product/service in accordance with all legal regulations regarding its activities in the place where the contract is made to purchase.

 

Product/Service: Transfer service (Transfer service between specified points on specified dates)

 

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

 

Buyer agrees to pay the stated fee by the methods specified by the Seller. Once payment is completed, the Seller will provide the Buyer with a booking confirmation containing the date and details on which the service will be provided.

 

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

 

The buyer has the right to cancel at least 24 hours before the start date of the service. In case of cancellation, the fee paid will be refunded to the Buyer. However, if the cancellation period has passed or the service has started, no refund will be made.

 

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

6.1. The parties agree that Turkish Law will be applied in resolving disputes arising from this agreement.

 

6.2. This agreement cannot be transferred to third parties without the written consent of the parties.

 

6.3. Communication between the parties is carried out through written notifications.

 

7. ENFORCEMENT

 

Every customer who becomes a member of our website and makes purchases is deemed to have read and accepted all articles of our sales contract issued by us as a Buyer without the need for any other notice.
