ANTALYA YK TRANSFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Antalya YK Transfer: Referred to as the company.
1.2. Customer: Refers to the person who requests or will request transfer services.
1.3. Service: It refers to the transfer services offered by Antalya YK Transfer.
2. SERVICES
2.1. Antalya YK Transfer offers transfer services to customers between certain dates and times.
2.2. Before booking the transfer service, the customer's travel dates, transfer points and other requirements must be specified.
3. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
3.1. Reservations for services must be made through the Antalya YK Transfer official website or through the specified communication channels.
3.2. Payment must be made for reservation confirmation. Payment is non-refundable after booking confirmation.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
4.1. The customer has the right to cancel at least 24 hours before the start date of the service. If the cancellation period has passed, no refund will be made.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1. Antalya YK Transfer is committed to providing transfer services on time and safely.
5.2. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of travel documents and other required information.
5.3 Antalya YK Transfer will try to transport the passenger to the destination shown on the confirmation document in the safest way. However, circumstances beyond our control may prevent this responsibility from being fulfilled. The following are examples of situations that are beyond our control:
traffic and road conditions and accidents that cause vehicle delays
restricted vehicle access
exceptional or severe weather conditions
comply with police requests
road deaths and accidents
vandalism and terrorism
unpredictable traffic delays
industrial action by third parties
problems caused by other customers
detention or delay of the vehicle by a police officer or government official; other situations affecting passenger safety.
5.4
will use every reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrive in time to begin the transfer period and reach the destination in a timely manner. We will not accept any liability in the event of any delay caused by circumstances beyond our control. Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party damages according to Turkish law. However, although every care is taken, customers' goods are transported entirely at their own risk and no liability can be accepted for loss or damage. Customers are therefore advised to check their own travel insurance.

Any delays after your flight lands, other than normal baggage claim and routine checks; For example, in case of lost baggage or very long delays in checks, Antalya YK Transfer should be notified in advance by e-mail or phone via Whatsapp. Otherwise, Antalya YK Transfer reserves the right to change the transfer.
Aircraft rotators are controlled by the radar program in our system. Transfer schedules may be rescheduled according to possible changes.
Customers' Excess baggage must be declared at the time of booking. If the customer has excess baggage, Antalya YK Transfer reserves the right to claim rights or refuse to carry the items due to excess baggage.
Antalya YK transfer reserves the right to refuse transportation (and to delegate to its drivers) any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behavior poses a threat to the driver or the vehicle. or other passenger(s).
Passengers are not allowed to take (any kind of weapons/drugs/animals) into our vehicles.
Smoking is prohibited in Antalya YK transfer vehicles.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
6.1. Antalya YK Transfer reserves the right to cancel or make changes in a timely manner when required by the reservation.
6.2. If the customer wants to change or cancel the reservation, he must make this request by contacting Antalya YK Transfer.
7. PRIVACY
7.1. Antalya YK Transfer undertakes to keep customers' personal information confidential and uses it only for the purpose of providing services.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
8.1. These terms and conditions are subject to Turkish Law.
8.2. Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in case of disputes that may arise between the parties.
9. CHANGES AND UPDATES
9.1. Antalya YK Transfer reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updates come into force by being published on the company website.
